Kibo Photo introduces pictures of Yukiwariso (Hepatica nobilis var. japonica) taken by Hideki Tanaka, a photographer whose activities are based mainly in Niigata, Japan.
Yukiwariso, speciafically, Omisumiso (Hepatica nobilis var. japonica f. magna) is characterized by its diversity, a wide variety of colors, and designs. Omisumiso can be seen in Northern Japan,
on the Sea of Japan side.
During winter, Yukiwariso is under the snow. Little Yukiwariso flowers start to bloom in early spring when the snow covering the ground melt away.
